Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new sunnies, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all items in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, follow our simple online process to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your eyewear in the original packaging, including all cases and cleaning cloths, and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
